Opening speech of the ceremony was made by the Assoc. Prof. Dr. Vedat Topuz of  Vocational School of Technical Sciences. After the speeches and delivering achievement certificates to the highest ranking students based on the Vocational School,the ceremony ended with awarding diplomas.
