The patent titled "Auto-Catalytic Reactive Flame Retardant and Its Synthesis Method", invented by Prof. Dr. Emrah Çakmakçı and Prof. Dr. M. Vezir Kahraman, who are lecturers at the  Faculty of Science, Department of Chemistry, was registered by the Turkish Patent and Trademark Office on February 21, 2025.
