A cooperation protocol was signed between Marmara University and the International Organization of Turkish Culture (TÜRKSOY) to enhance and strengthen collaboration in the fields of education, culture, art, and research. The signing ceremony was held on Thursday, December 19, at the Rectorate of Marmara University.

The protocol aims to develop cooperation in education, culture, art, and research based on the principles of equality and reciprocity between the parties. It also seeks to support sustainable partnerships and mutual agreements between the two institutions and their affiliated sub-units.

In the ceremony held by the Rector of Marmara University, Prof. Dr. Mustafa Kurt, and Acting Secretary General of the International Organization of Turkic Culture (TÜRKSOY), Sayit Yusuf, the Director of the Institute of Turkic Studies, Prof. Dr. Okan Yeşilot, was present.
