Prof. Arzu Baloğlu who works in Faculty of Engineering and Faculty of Business Administration within the Marmara University was invited as “referee” in the general field “Health, demographic change and well-being” from a distance and in the Brussel commission building by the European Commission within the framework of Horizon 2020 Work Programme 2016-2017.
