Marmara University Women's Basketball team, competing in the 2021-2022 Season Turkish University Sports Federation, Istanbul 1st League, Women's Basketball League, succeeded in promoting to the Super League as a result of the "Unilig Super League Promotion Competitions" held in Afyonkarahisar, where it participated as Istanbul Champion.
