Our Rector Prof.Erol Özvar PhD accepted the  Byelorussia Board  at the office of Sultanahmet Campus Rectorate. Prof. Tsyhanau briefed the State Technical University of Byelorussia on its short history, faculties, institutes, scientific projects and expertise. Our Rector Prof. Erol Özvar gave information about the historical development of our university, its processes, academic units, demographic structure, academic, administrative staff and students. In addition, the delegation was informed about the areas of interest and activities of our university, which stand out in the national and international scientific arenas. After mutual views and exchange of information, both universities offered good intentions to establish business associations and partnerships. During the visit, Mevlana Exchange Program and MOU (Momerandum of Understanding) Agreements were signed between Byelorussia State Technical University and our university. During the visit and bilateral talks, Vice Rector of Marmara University and Dean of Engineering Faculty Prof. Ömer Akgiray PhD, Director of Office of International Relations and Academic Cooperation Prof.Nuri Tınaz PhD were also present.
