The conference  began after the opening speech and evaluations of Prof. Dr.  Serap Helvacı, Dean of Law Faculty. Ambassador Alev Kılıç, Director of the Center for Eurasian Studies, Assoc. Prof. Meltem Sarıbeyoğlu Skalar, lecturer of Department of International Law, Marmara University,  Dr. İsmail Pamuk, lecturer of Faculty of Law, Bahçeşehir University,  participated in the conference as speakers. They informed the audiences with their presentations dealing   with the given problem  from human rights and freedom of expression aspects and discussing the current, national and international court decisions.
