Director of ESKAR Prof. Dr. Fatma Ayanoğlu gave information about the figures related to the women labour force and employment in Turkey and world. In the panel, Former Rector of Marmara University and Founding Director of ESKAR Prof. Dr. Necla Pur, Director of Institute of Banking and Insurance and first wowen chair of Borsa Istanbul Prof. Dr. Erişah Arıcan made their speeches.

A Para’s speaker Merve Tepe moderated the panel, in which Chair of TİKAD (Turkish Business Women’s Association) Nilüfer Bulut, Former Deputy Minister of Ministry of Family and Social Policies Prof. Dr. Aşkın Aşan, Author of the book named “ Kadın Sanayici Olmaz mı Dediniz ?– Did You Say Women Would Not Be Industralists? Yalçın Paslı, Member of Women Entrepreneurs Association Nezihe Kılınç and  Chair of Istanbul Chamber of Jewellers Mustafa Atayık participated as speakers.
