The tender opened with the proposal of 10 banks and 8 banks on 05.10.2017 started with the amount of TL 2,775.00 per person. Yapı Kredi Bank, which made a bid of TL 3,590.00 per person after 16 rounds made during the tender, became the winner of the tender.
