The students of the Pharmacy Faculty Farmacademy Club with the participation of Mustafa Enes Aksoy and Elif Çağla Erdoğan who are students from Medipol University Faculty of Pharmacy held an informative and interactive event on the contraceptive methods in the Faculty of Pharmacy on November 21, 2016. Prof. Sezai Şahmay made a presentation with the aim to create awareness on this subject and to inform pharmacist candidates in order to clear away the questions over minds.  Bayer Kadın Sağlığı Marketing Manager Pelin İçil also supported the event and made a question and ask session with students. The participants took an effective role in this presentation and firstly, they answered the question that they asked and thus, they had the opportunity to evaluate their knowledge on the topic.   The participants also had the opportunity to evaluate themselves and the education in the surveys made before and after the presentation.  160 students attended the event which lasted approximately 2 hours.  After the presentation, the event ended with presenting of the certificates and the evaluation of the results of the survey.
