Our  students Naz Kadınkız and Aybüke Dağoğlu, under the supervision of Assoc. Prof. Muhammet Uzun of the  Faculty of Technology Textile Engineering, were deemed worthy of an award of 100,000 TL by completing the “TÜSİAD There is a Job in This Youth” 2021 program, which is the most comprehensive entrepreneurship program in Turkey.

With the participation of tens of universities, our students, whose ideas were selected as the first 25 project ideas among over 1000 business ideas, were entitled to receive comprehensive training. After the trainings, they were selected among the 12 Semi-Finalists by the semi-final juries Murat Özyeğin, B.Can Yücaoğlu, İ.Oral Kayacık and Nevzat Aydın. Our students, who conducted the semi-final process under the guidance of Sabancı Holding Building Materials Group President Dr. Tamer Saka, successfully completed this process and became one of the 5 Finalist teams. With the unanimous vote of the final juries  Cansen Başaran Symes, Erol Bilecik, Simone Kaslowski and Ümit N. Boyner, they became the first of the 2021 program and the only project deemed worthy of the award.
