The project titled "Establishment of Marmara Young Software Training Center" presented by the academicians of the Faculty of Technology, was entitled to receive support within the scope of the Istanbul Development Agency (ISTKA).

The project aims to establish a "Software Training Center" for young people who have completed their education but are not employed. With the framework of the project led by Prof. Dr. Önder Demir, scientists of the Faculty of Technology will be also included. In the project, which will last for 24 months, training will be given in 3 different programs: Data Science Specialist, Software Development with Java, Web, and Mobile Application Developer. The budget of the project, which will receive a total support of 3,000,000 ₺, can increase up to 7,200,000 ₺ together with the performance payments.
