Workshop was hosted on 29,11,2017 by Kadıköy Municipality,who is one of the  stakeholders of  project, and Kadıköy Mayor Aykurt Nuhoğlu, Deputy Mayor Onur Temurlenk and Vice Rector of Marmara University Prof. Mehmet Akalın PhD also attended. Marmara University Hypertension Center Director Prof. Ali Serdar Fak PhD said that people should start protecting the health of their heart from the years of their youth and he touched on to the concept of friendly university about the heart health.Professor Fak emphasized that the mainowners of the project are students and it will be develop and enrich with the contributions of the student clubs. In the second part of the workshop, student representatives held brainstorming and small group meetings to discuss the importance of the project for themselves. It was emphasized at the workshop that healthy campus also should be a funny and an enjoyable campus. At the end of the workshop in which proposals for comprehensive activities were expressed, student representatives elected a Steering Committee among themselves in order to work together with the Hypertension Center in the project process.
