Teachers and independent researchers participated in conferences reflecting the differences in field work, as well as researching academics in the relevant faculties / colleges with the theme "New Trends and Applications in Physical Education and Sports Teaching". A total of 19 invited speakers, 9 of them was foreigner, and 2 Symposiums, 21 sessions, 10 workshops, 14 oral presentations and 11 applications were discussed with stakeholders and new approaches were uncovered. The Faculty of Sport Sciences, one of the organizers of the Congress, made a scientific contribution to the congress with two symposiums. In the symposium titled 'A Look at Sports Education with Child Protection Program', Faculty of Sport Sciences Faculty Members Assoc. Prof. Veysel Küçük PhD, Assoc. Prof. Cengiz Karagözoğlu PhD, Asst. Assoc. Sinan Bozkurt PhD and Assist.Assoc.Ümit Orhan PhD and the University Faculty of Medicine Professor of Child and Adolescent Mental Health and Diseases Dr. Ayse Rodopman Arman made presentations. In the symposium entitled 'Physical Activities in Schools', Dean of the School of Sports Sciences Prof. Salih Pınar PhD made his presentation titled "Strategies for Enrichment of Physical Activity". Faculty member Dr.Yeliz Özdöl Pınar participated in the symposium with her presentation entitled "Evaluation of the status of the activity during the school period". In addition, the Faculty of Sport Sciences Faculty Member and the Congress Secretary General Assoc. Prof. Fatih Dervent PhD and Asst.Assoc.Meral Küçük Yetgin PhD took part in the congress with their presentations.
