Within the scope of the Turkism Seminars series by Marmara University Turkic Studies Institute, a  seminar titled "Impressions of Kazakhstan and Russia" was held on Thursday, November 30, 2023.  The seminar organized at the Faculty of Science Conference Hall was attended by the academic and administrative staff as well as students.

In the seminar, Prof. Dr. Yüksel Çelik from the  Marmara University Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences, Department of History,  shared with the participants the impressions he gained in Kazakhstan while working as an academician at Ahmet Yesevi University between 2019 and 2021. Prof. Dr. Murat Uluskan also briefly talked about his trip to Russia within the framework of the Erasmus program between 18-24 June 2023 and the activities he carried out at Moscow State University. The event ended with a gift presentation and photo shoot.
