Prof. Dr. Altufan's two papers has been recognized as a top 20 most read paper in the Journal of Biochemical and Molecular Toxicology published by John Wiley & Sons in 2017-18.

Alturfan's article was awarded by Wiley Publishing House because, among the articles published 2017-2018, it is most downloaded article, besides its high impact and significant contribution to the development of its field.

Prof. Dr. Altufan is one of the authors of the paper titled “Journal Evaluation of the interaction between proliferation, oxidant-antioxidant status, Wnt pathway, and apoptosis in zebrafish embryos exposed to silver nanoparticles used in textile industry”,  and “Methylparaben induces malformations and alterations on apoptosis, oxidant-antioxidant status, ccnd1 and myca expressions in zebrafish embryos”,  the first was published in the january and the latter was published in the march 2018 issue of the Journal of Biochemical and Molecular Toxicology.  These papers were included in the 20 most read articles of that journal.
