Marmara University Vocational School of Health Services Medical Laboratory Techniques Program organized a seminar on Preanalytical Errors in Medical Laboratory  on 16th May, 2019.

Second year students and instructors / personnel of SHMYO Medical Laboratory Techniques Program participated in the training seminar.

The seminar was presented by Acıbadem University Faculty of Medicine, Department of Medical Biochemistry Prof. Dr. Fehime Benli Aksungar.At the seminar, laboratory technicians were informed about the competencies they should have. In the medical laboratory, errors in the process of the sampling and having the results of  the analysis and the measures that may be taken against these errors were addressed.

The training seminar ended with the question-answer section and distribution of the the certificates of participation.
