The minister of Family and Social Politics Dear Dr. Fatma Betül Sayan Kaya, attending the conference, expressed that they purpose to increase the women numbers within employment while her speech. She said “In the period of our governance, we have developed many policies related to women to spend time with their family while they work as well as have babies. We have provided women not to get stuck between their careers and maternity, with breastfeeding permission, maternity leaves, modules of flexible working. We have succeeded in raising the labor force participation rate to 33.8 percent. Our goal is to make it 41 percent. We believe that the families can be powerful if our women are powerful in Turkey. That is why our slogan is ‘Powerful Women Powerful Turkey’ ”.

Minister Kaya completed her speech by telling us that dear president Recep Tayyip Erdoğan in his all conversation sends his duty of loyalty and thankfulness to women, the biggest supporter of him in his political life and that we who are seatmates of him take firm steps forward 2023 Turkey.

The program culminated with presenting a plaque to dear our minister from Marmara University Rector Prof. M. Emin Arat Ph.D. and Faculty of Theology Dean Prof. Ali Köse Ph.D.
