Marmara University Faculty of Pharmacy Dean Prof. S. Güniz Küçükgüzel made an opening speech in the ceremony held in Faculty of Pharmacy Prof. Mustafa Nevzat Pısak Conference Hall.  Dean Prof. S. Güniz Küçükgüzel mentioned that the education program was held with collaboration of MUSEM, trade associations and representatives of medicine industries and also mentioned that they aimed the vocational enhancement for pharmacy technicians with this new education agreement.

Chair of NOVIMEDYA Executive Board Çetin Öztürk expressed his contentment to collaborate with accredited corporates such like M.U. Faculty of Pharmacy in “Pharmacy Technician Training” program in pursuit of training programs in Altın Havan Awards and PharmaSea Congress as NOVIMEDYA group including the journals Eczacı and Bizim Eczacı.

Head of Marmara University Continuing Education Center (MUSEM) Prof. Ahmet Yılmaz mentioned that they have carried out many important projects as MUSEM and the training program held thanks to the new agreement is very important for technicians working in the field of pharmacy. Yılmaz mentioned that Faculty of Pharmacy have contributed a lot to new projects in the field of health in the 2015-2016 Academic Year and thanked Faculty Dean and academicians in his speech.

Phar. Taner Döven who organized the program said that he took apart in the work fields of medicine industry and pharmaceutics after his graduation from Marmara University Faculty of Pharmacy and observed closely what those fields need. Also, he mentioned that it is necessary to design an education program according to the need in those fields.
