Begining with the opening speech of the Dean of Pharmacy Faculty Prof. Dr. Ş. Güniz Küçükgüzel who pointed out the importance of the increasing of the awareness about the protection of the industrial property rights related to the inventions emerged in the higher education institutions and also laid emphasis on innovation, entrepreneurship and added value in the 2023 vision, the meeting was attended by Pharmacy Faculty’s lecturers, research assistants, graduate and postgraduate students.

In the presentation of Dr. Seniha Dal who is lecturer at the  Marmara University Business Administration Faculty, it was shared detailed information under the headings “ General Information on Industrial Property Law Numbered 6769”, “New Regulations on Industrial Property Law”, “Application Process for Patent/ Utility Model”,  “Regulation on Inventions of the Employee, Inventions Belonging to the Higher Education Institutions and Inventions Emerged In the Public Supported  Projects”.

After the answering of the questions of the participants, Dr. Lect. Seniha Dal was given the  Certificate of Attendance by Dean Prof. Dr. Ş. Güniz Küçükgüzel. The programme ended with the closing speech.
