"The panel under the title of “Football Is A Culture” was attended by Former Member of Turkish Football Federation  and FIFA National Referee Ertuğrul Dilek, MHK Former President, FIFA National Referee Mustafa Çulcu, TRT SPOR and A SPOR Commentator Alp Pehlivan and TRT SPOR Speaker Hünkar Mutlu. Following of the opening speech, Dean Prof. Dr. Salih Pınar was presented an appreciation plaque by Ertuğrul Dilek for his contributions to the humanity, science and Turkish sport. Dean Pınar also presented an apperication plaque to Ertuğrul Dilek for his contributions to Turkish football, education and youth. In the panel it was discussed the need for Var System, implementations of those system in the world and problems faced by our country.  In the end of the programme, Vices Dean Assoc.Prof. Veysel Küçük and Lect. Dr. Sinan Bozkurt were presented an appreciation plaque by TÜRFAD for their contributions humanity, science and Turkish sport. The panel that was attended by lecturers and students ended with taking photo.
