Our Management Faculty Hosted SIMFER in the Panel

SİMFER, who has an important place in the sector, conveyed its experiences in business life and the professional perspective to the young people who are prepared to enter into business life. In the session where students from different universities came from summer school, strategic management process and strategy formation topics were discussed and the information was inquired about SIMFER's development from past to present, its strategic planning studies, competition analysis and market entry strategies .

At the seminari, organized by Prof.Deniz Elber Börü PhD to show how the theoretical knowledge, taught in the course, is used in business life and to listen to concrete examples of real life from practitioners, Hakan Öztuna, Corporate Sales Manager of SIMFER,  talked about how they made positioning in the local / international market, the risks that are created by resource dependence, the competitive advantage of supporting subsidiary companies and the importance of market concept. Another speaker of the panel Murat Emin Kocakaya, Corporate Project Manager, talked about the process of preparation of the strategic plan of SIMFER and shared the details of determining the target market and the local-international market evaluations within the company's consumer-customer differentiation in detail within the SWOT analysis.

This relationship between MARMARA UNIVERSITY, which aims to train future managers with contemporary, innovative, dynamic and scientific methods and SIMMFER, known for its investments in technology and R & D and patent awards, at a time when Industry 4.0 is being talked , is expected to continue on different platforms.
