Success ranking of the Faculties of Dentistry has been announced according to the 2018 results of the Dentistry Specialty Examination (DUS). In the rankings which are based on the average net numbers, Marmara University Faculty of Dentistry was among the top three, which is a common occurrence for our school every year.

Dentistry Specialty Examination is aimed to select the students who will undertake the job of specialty education in the Faculties of Dentistry according to objective criteria. In this sense, it is just like the Medical Specialization Exam (TUS). Candidates are starting their specialty training in areas such as Oral, Facial and Maxillofacial Surgery; Oral, Maxillofacial and Maxillofacial Radiology; Orthodontics; Endodontics; Paedodontics; Periodontology and Prosthodontics according to the scores they receive in the DUS exam.
