The journal prepared with Assist. Prof. Hediyetullah Aydeniz’s editorship addresses the refugee issue taking an important place on Turkey’s and world’s agenda within the context of media and communication studies one more time. Thus, it aims to contribute to the solution of one of the today’s biggest humanitarian crisis within the framework of communication.

After Refugees and Media themed Volume 24 planned as 2 volumes, the journal reuniting with readers via volume 25 examines Refugee and Media issue with a prestudy from different perspectives again. Journal includes four articles and six reviews.

Marmara University Communication Faculty Journal Volume 25 reunites with readers with a rich contents about refugee issue, which is one of the outstanding issues on the Turkey and world agenda, within the context of media and communication.
