The "National Social Sciences and Turkish Culture Symposium", consisting of a total of 11 sessions with the participation of 35 speakers, was organized by Marmara University Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences within the scope of the "100th Anniversary of the Republic Activities" between 24-26 October.

Dean of the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences, Prof. Dr. Sebahat Deniz underlined that the closed Faculty of Arts and Sciences has a strong history and that the new faculty will continue this legacy.  Deniz said that they aim to move these events organized under the name of "Science and Culture Days" to an international platform next year with a symposium format and ended her speech by thanking the participants.
