In order to encourage the employment of more researchers in the private sector within the scope of the program, scholarships for doctoral students and employment support for private sector are given. In this regard, it will be ensured that the human resource which is of critical importance is improved in quantity and quality in order to achieve the technological transformation aimed with grants, supports and investment supports and to reach desired levels in the value chain. In line with this aim, the needs of the companies will be centered and the training of the critical doctoral human resource will be provided in cooperation with the companies. Two of lecturers of Marmara University Faculty of Technology, Assoc Prof. Yusuf Kaynak with his project titled “2018 Year Industry Doctorate Project in collaboration with Marmara University and Torun Copper Alloys Metal Industry and Trade Inc.” and Prof. Dr. Serdar Salman with his project titled “Modelling and Optimisation of the Electro- Opto Mechanic Properties of the Multilayer Thin Films Through the Machine Learning” were awarded for the support within the Tubitak Program Call. We congratulated our lecturers and wished them continued success.
