With the training which will held in Kadiköy Idea ; Developing the basic knowledge and skills with priority of natural sciences and researchers from close sciences, of the academicians who are working in the applied fields and close disciplines in preparation and implementation.Theoretical and practical trainings will be given for three days within the scope of the planned activity. In the majority of the sessions, fully applied workshops, project development and group dynamic activities will be realized  in parallel in groups. Participants will be provided with the opportunity to prepare sample project proposals in the light of theoretical information, guidance and supervision of instructors This will ensure that they will be able to use the techniques and skills they can use in the project proposal preparation. In addition, they will be required to create personal project proposals using the achievements they have achieved in the course of the activity. When designing project proposals for research topics, researchers will be able to examine the points and steps that need to be taken into consideration and will consolidate and improve their knowledge and accumulation. Researchers will be able to take an active role and participate actively in activities that improve their skills in expressing themselves, presenting projects, managing and budgeting.The grounds for sharing experience will also be established in the interdisciplinary environment. Researchers can be accepted from different areas in proportion as the quota.
