Besides the students of the Department, the Architect and Engineers Club, the Hydromarmara Club, the Atölye Marmara and the Hezarfen Team also participated in with their projects. The studies of the department's instructors, the hydrogen-powered vehicle that the Architects and Engineers Club and the Hydromarmara Club jointly produced, and the Unmanned Aerial Vehicles (UAVs) produced by the Atölye Marmara and Hazarfen teams that were composed of students from different deparments were exhibited and attracted great interest .The students of Metallurgy and Material Engineering Department exchanged information and projects by meeting companies in the composite sector, which were predominate at the fair. The stand was visited by Şekib Avdagiç, President of the Composite Industrialists' Association and Secretary General İsmail Hakkı Hacıalioğlu. The fair,which included important points in regard to the sector, was fruitful.
The students thanked to the directors of the Composite Industrialists' Association, which organizes the Turkish Composite 2017 Exhibition, and the President of the Department of Metallurgy and Materials Engineering of the Faculty of Technology, Prof.Serdar Salman PhD and Assist. Assoc. Yalçın Boztoprak PhD who did not leave the students alone during the fair and brought the students together with the industrialist.
