A total of   224 paper and 34  poster were presented in the entrepreneurship themed international congress which was held in Cappadocia, Nevşehir on November 9-11, 2018 for the  second time, with the attendees coming from 19 different countries especially Turkey, England, TRNC, Canada, China, Kirghizstan, Uzbekistan, Romania, Bosnia-Herzegovina and Azerbaijan.

The congress began with a moment silence and Turkish National Anthem that was held to commemorate the 80th death anniversary of Mustafa Kemal Atatürk, Founder of Turkish Republic, on November 10, 2018, at 09:05 a.m.  The opening speeches of the congress were made respectively by Co-Chair of EMI Congress  Prof. Dr. Himmet Karadal, Rector of Cyprus Social Sciences University Prof. Dr. Mustafa Tümer, Rector of Nişantaşı University Prof. Dr.  Esra Hatipoğlu,  Ankara Social Sciences University Rector Prof. Dr. Mehmet Barca, Rector of  Osmaniye Korkut Ata University Prof. Dr. Murat Türk, Rector of Çağ University Prof. Dr. Ünal Ay, Rector of Cappadocia Prof. Dr. Hasan Ali Karasar, Rector of Nevşehir Hacı Bektaş Veli University Prof. Dr.Mazhar Bağlı, Chairman of TUBA (Turkish Sciences Academy) Prof. Dr. Ahmet Cevat Acar and Co- Chairman of MHP (Nationalis Movement Party) Prof. Dr. Mevlüt Karakaya.  

Following of the opening speeches, Prof. Dr. Mevlüt Karakaya presented a plaquette and certificate of appreciation to Prof. Dr. Deniz Elber Börü for her contributions to the congress as an advisory committee member and moderator.  In the closing session, Prof. Dr. Deniz Elber Börü was presented the award of “The Best Paper Certification”  by Prof. Dr. Himmet Karadal.
