The meeting named"M.Ü. Waste Management Education Information and In-house Operation Processes’’,organized for the unit's responsibles of the university, waste coordinators and waste managers,  was held on 5 March 2018 at the Conference Hall of the Faculty of Arts and Sciences.Experts on their fields gave information on these following topics; Prof. Mustafa Erkin PhD from İSTAÇ; "Packaging and Coding of Hazardous Wastes", Class A Job Security Expert Güliz Bülbül ;"Business Security Practices at Marmara University" and Director of Environmental Problems Application and Research Director Prof.Belgin Süsleyici ;"Coordination of In-House Operation Processes in the Collection and Disposal of Wastes". Following the training and information meetings, the question and answer section was elaborated on the process of operation. The meeting also identified an internal communication network for the waste disposal process.
