A balance and coordination training device (Marmara Balance Education System - MarBES), which can be used in the field of physiotherapy and rehabilitation, was developed in cooperation with Marmara University Faculty of Health Sciences and Technology Faculty. Carried out under the direction of  Assoc. Prof.  Tuğba Kuru Colak, who is a lecturer at the department  of physiotherapy and rehabilitation;  Prof.Dr. Mine Gülden Polat, servicing as a counselor  and Prof. Dr.  Zübeyir Sarı, who is included  as a researcher, the study was prepared within the scope of TÜBİTAK 3001 R&D Projects Support Program. The technical infrastructure, hardware and software of MarBES was developed under the technical consultancy of Dr. Barış Doğan from Mechatronics Engineering Department, with local and national possibilites. In the development stages of the device in question, Dilara Merve Sarı took part as a scholar and Cüneyt Küçük within his graduation project.
