15 academics from Marmara University were included in the World’s Influential Scientists List, prepared annually in cooperation with Stanford University and Elsevier.
The list of the world’s most influential scientists was published in the two categories of “Annual Impact” and “Career-Long Impact”. The rankings were made based on objective criteria such as the number of high-quality publications, number of citations, number of patents, h-index and hm-index of academics.
15 Marmara University Academics in the "Annual Impact" Category
The work and publications of 210,000 scientists were scrutinized for the “Annual Impact” ranking. In the list including 1395 scientists from Türkiye, 15 academics from Marmara University were included. According to the field ranking in this category, there were 5 scientists in the top 1000 and 15 scientists in total.
13 Marmara University Academics in the "Career-Long Impact" Category
13 academics from Marmara University were included in the "Career Long Impact" list, which was prepared by evaluating the works published by 204,000 academics in the last five years. According to the field ranking in this category, there were 6 scientists in the top 1000 and 13 scientists in the total.
