Within the scope of the cooperation between Marmara University and the Presidential Human Resources Office (CBİKO), online trainings were offered towards civil servants in the “Presidential Distance Education Gate” Platform.

The shooting of the trainings on “Motivation”, “Time Management”, “Information Literacy”, “Internet Literacy”, “Conflict Management”,  "Stress Management" and "Internet Addiction", which were provided by Marmara University’s academicians Prof. Dr. Berat Bir, Prof. Dr. Asiye Kakırman Yıldız, Assoc. Prof. Bahattin Yalcinkaya, Dr. Sibel Bayyiğit, Senior  Clinical Psychologist Elif Yazar,  coordinated by Marmara University Personnel Department, were completed in the TRT’s  Istanbul studios. In the upcoming period, the shootings will continue with different training topics and the support of our academicians.

By this online education platform that all public institutions and staff can benefit from, implemented by the Presidential Human Resources Office, it was aimed to contribute to the personal development of civil servants in Turkey, including our university, to support the participation of personnel in in-house trainings independently of time and place, and thus to make the best use of time, which is today's most valuable resource.
