The conversation themed “A Success Story from Pharmacy to Industry", which was organized by the Academic Development Unit and in which Pharm. Berat Beran participated as a speaker,  took place on 24th  February at the Marmara University Başıbüyük Campus Faculty of Pharmacy Conference Hall.

After a short speech of  Prof. Dr.  Güniz Küçükgüzel, Dean of the Faculty of Pharmacy, Pharm. Berat Beran, who was graduated from Marmara University Faculty of Pharmacy in 1972,  told his success story from  Beran Pharmacy, which was opened in Diyarbakır in 1973, to Berko İlaç ve Kimya Sanayi A.Ş, which has 21 thousand m² production facilities, 127 products, and more than 700 employees, and has signed social responsibility projects, and he shared his valuable knowledge and experience in this process with the participants, the majority of those were students. Beran answered questions from the participants at the end of the interview.

Finally, Beran Beret was presented a certificate of appreciation and flowers by  Assoc. Prof. Dilek Bilğiç Alkaya, Assistant Coordinator of Academic Development Unit.
