Organized by Marmara University Turkish Teaching Application and Research Center (TÖMER), the "Marmara TÖMER International Student Festival" was held on June 6, 2022, in the 125th Anniversary Lecture Hall of Göztepe Campus.

Local dishes, handicrafts and clothes were exhibited at the stands set up by international students studying at Marmara University to promote their own countries. Students danced to the music from different countries and regions at the festival, where Turkish students also showed great interest. Marmara University Vice-Rector Prof. Dr. Hasan Korkut visited the stands and chatted with the students.
