The panel was held under the chairpersonship of the Faculty of Sport Sciences Department of Sport Management academic member Tayfun Özkan. Istanbul Başakşehir Football Club Director and UEFA Youth and Amateurs Committee member Mustafa Eröğüt, Istanbul Başakşehir Football Psychological Performance Director Yaşar Çevikel and Journalist Taner Karaman attended as spokesperson in the panel.  The issues are discussed in the panel are as follows: which areas sport sector will need of sport management specialists, where graduates of the Sport Management Department will be part of the sport sector and how they will aware of this before the graduation, introduction of recently developed fields of sport sector, how students should improve themselves for these fields, which skills students should have for sector’s need of leaders and directors. After panelists’ presentations, the panel continued with questions of participants. The panel ended with presenting of flowers and participation certificates to the spokespeople and photo shoot.
