Prof. Dr. Mehmet Akalın, Vice Rector of Marmara University, participated in the panel that was organized by Marmara University Institute of Turkic Studies. The opening speeches of that panel was made by  Vice Rector Prof. Dr Mehmet Akalın and Director of Institute of Turkic Studies Prof. Dr. Gülşen Seyhan Alışık.
