Personal competency development seminars titled "Future in Business" organized for female students within the scope of social gender equality studies in cooperation with Marmara University Disabled Student Unit Coordinator and Engelsizkariyer.com were held between February 26 and March 20, 2022.

Trainings were given by professional trainers who are experts in their fields in the seminars that aim to break the perception of students' double disadvantage and reveal their potential with self-confidence. Students were motivated to go beyond their limits and step into the future with a visionary perspective through the trainings which were given with the titles of 'Road to Success- Mehmet Kızıltaş', 'Stress Management and Motivation Miracle- Funda Etan', 'Personal Brand Management and Image Management- Dilara Yağcıoğlu', 'New Normally Interview Techniques and Correct CV Writing- Selnur Gülek', 'Leadership Workshop- Funda Etan', 'Self-Promotion - Ercan Telci', 'The Power of the Sense of Belonging in Business Life- Özkan Başak'.

At the final meeting organized by the Disabled Student Unit Coordinator on March 26, 2022, plaques were presented to the instructors and participation certificates were given to the students.
