Financial Reporting Local Framework Designment (YFRÇ) was prepared for the practices of the organizations that are subjected to external auditing other than Kamu Gözetimi Muhasebe ve Denetim Standartları Kurumu KGK (Public Oversight, Accounting and Auditing Standards Authority);   Kamu Yararını İlgilendiren Kuruluşlar KAYIK (Public Interest Entities). This designment was discussed by the academicians of the Faculty of Business Administration in the workshop. The workshop began with opening manifesto made by the moderator Prof. Cemal İbiş and the opening speeches made by Faculty Dean Prof. Nuran Cömert, President of ISMMMO Yücel Akdemir, TURMOB (Union of Chambers of Certificated Public Accountants Turkey) General Secretary Yahya Arıkan and President of the KGK Genç Osman Yaraşlı.

In the workshop, the panel that discuss all aspects of the YFRÇ was held also.  Prof. Nejat Bozkurt was the moderator of the panel. Being representative of the MÖDAV Prof. Nalan Akdoğan, representative of the İTO PhD. Veysi Seviğ, representative of the KGK Murat Yünlü and representative of the ISMMMO Erol Demirel evaluated and discussed the “YFRÇ Designment and Application”.  280 members of the profession and academicians contributed to the event with their questions and answers. The event ended with the closing speech made by Prof. Cemal İbiş.
