After the Stand in Silence and National Anthem, Dean Prof. Salih Pınar PhD welcomed the new students and wished that the new school year would be auspicious.Dean Pınar,stating that there is a different beauty of the faculty located in the in the most beautiful site of İstanbul, stated that it is different from  the other faculties with its academic staff and educational content as a faculty. Dean Pınar stated that there are many graduates in both educational institutions, sports facilities and sports related institutions and organizations and wished that our new students will have the privilege of being a member of this community and have a successful education and training process.

After the introduction of the Faculty's administrative and academic administrator,  the former director of the faculty Prof.  Kut Sarpyener PhD, contributing the establishment of sports science in Turkey,gave  the first course of the new  period. Following the speech of Sarpyener, who gave various suggestions to the students, Dean  Prof. Salih Pınar PhD presented  flowers to Prof.Kut Sarpyener PhD.

Including many retired faculty members of the Faculty, in particular to Prof. Hasan Kasap PhD,the Alumni Association President, students and faculty members participated in the ceremony which ended  with photo shooting.
