The ceremony was held with the sponsorship of Marmara University Faculty of Pharmacy Alumni Association and TEKB and with the participation of Vice Rector Prof. Mehmet AKALIN and Health Science University Rector Prof. Cevdet ERDÖL. The ceremony started with Deputy Dean of the faculty Prof. Ş. Güniz KÜÇÜKGÜZEL’s opening speech. Deputy Dean Prof. KÜÇÜKGÜZEL mentioned various topics such like Marmara Pharmaceutical Journal, ERASMUS, internship, I. National Marmara Pharmacy Congress, III. IVEK Congress, academic activities, Academic Year Guide- 2016, Marmara University Faculty of Pharmacy Thesis, new building of the faculty and being accredited and success of the faculty in ÖSYM gradation and so on.
After TEKB Chairperson of the Board of Directors Phar. Mustafa TURUNÇ, Chairperson of Marmara University Faculty of Pharmacy Alumni Association Assistant Expert Belkıs ÜNVER and Vice Rector Prof. Mehmet AKALIN made their speeches, the ceremony continued with Prof. İlkay KÜÇÜKGÜZEL’s beginning lesson on “Laboratory Applications and Working Principles in the field of Pharmacy Education”. After students were represented certificates of achievement, it was passed on the Gowning Ceremony. Chairperson of ECZAKDER Prof. Sevim ROLLAS, former Vice Rector Prof. Emre DÖLEN and Marmara University Institute of Health Science Director Prof. Göksel ŞENER and M.U. Vocational School of Health Services Director Assoc. prof. Meral YÜKSEL also attended the ceremony.
