Within the scope of the units affiliated to the Secretariat General of Marmara University, an Extended Coordination Meeting was held on the subject of “2019 Evaluation and 2020 Planning”, on 26th December at the  İbrahim Üzümcü Conference Hall.

The meeting was attended by Secretary General Murat Arısal, Deputy Secretary General Daniyal Çakıral and İrfan Serdar, heads of departments, branch managers working under the presidency, secretaries of faculties, institutes, schools and vocational schools, campus supervisors, revolving fund management, editorial and archives, social facilities operations and protection and security branch managers.

The Secretary General Murat Arısal made the first presentation of the meeting under the title of “2019 Evaluation and 2020 Planning”. Then,  it was  followed by the presentation on “Zero Waste Studies” by Dr. Önder Bayır, Head of Administrative and Financial Affairs,  and  “Disaster and Emergency Management” by Ugur Cinoglu, Manager of the Protection and Security.

The meeting ended with the answers of the secretary general and the officials of the unit to the questions of the participants, and  suggestions and wishes.
