The meeting hosted by Marmara University was held in the Senate Chambre, Rectorate Building of Sultanahmet Campus on January 11, 2019,  with the participations of Rector Erol Özvar, Head of HEQC Prof. Dr. Muzaffer Elmas and Member of HEQC  Prof. Dr. Aslıhan Nasır. Besides sharing of information about higher education quality workings, two institution came to an agreement  of cooperation at the meeting.
