Launched by Tubitak (The Scientific and Technological Research Council Of Turkey) with the aim of supporting the new business opinion and including the grant of 1500 Turkish liras, training and mentorships towards to the technological and innovative projects carried out by graduates with bachelor’s, master’s and doctoral degree and students who are studying at Master´s or Doctoral programmes, the Individual Youth Enterprise Programme (BİGG-SEA) were applied by over 3200 entrepreneur during three years between 2012-2015 and over 1100 of them applied for the business plan after taking their education and over 350 entrepreneurs also received a grants within the framework of this programme.
Besides Sabancı University and Adana University-Industry Joint Research Centre, Marmara University is also taking part in this programme which is performed under the coordinatorship of Ege University.
