Representative of  Disabled Student Semih Budak and Coordinator of Disabled Student Unit Lect. Zuhal Pek made their opening speeches of the event.  Selim ve Kerim Altınok, who lost their  eyesight in their childhood period, having doctorate degree in law, graduated from conservatoire,  being national chess player and champion, have been the source of inspiration by telling  how  did  they overcome the obstacles of their life and what are their studies for an unimpeded life. Turkish Federation of the Blind told the participants how the visually impaired people maintain their life and what are the works and services of those people in spite of their physical disabilities. President of Foundation Ayşegül Özgün, Dr. Ertan  Yardımcı and Resul Koç touched on how to communicate with the visually impaired people.

Ali Öztürk,  Representative of Association for Education of People with Visual Impairment, gave informations that make people happy about the questions in education they determined  and the sustainable  solutions for those questions.
