MİLTEKSAN CNC Technology and Control Systems Industry Inc., which was established with the vision of the National Technology Move, with the partnership of 11 companies that are experts in their fields, will develop the new generation CNC control systems, which are the most basic components of the machinery-manufacturing industry. With the project aiming to reduce foreign dependency in this field, the new generation 5-axis CNC control systems and digital twin platform, which are the most basic components that will start the fourth industrial revolution in Turkey, will be produced with domestic facilities.

BCD Teknik ARGE and Robotic Automation, one of the first Techno-entrepreneurship companies of our university and founded by Lecturer Dr. Barış Doğan of the Faculty of Technology, is also one of the founding partners of MİLTEKSAN initiative. Also, MARSIS Innovation, founded by Lecturer Dr. Selim Hartomacıoğlu, provided writing and consultancy services in the TÜBİTAK 1501 project.

Within the scope of the TÜBİTAK 1501 Industry R&D Support Program, a record 15 million Turkish Liras support was provided for the MİLTEKSAN initiative in the 1st period of 2021.
