With the “Touching  Little Hearts" project, a double feast was experienced in Tekeli Village Primary School before the Ramadan Feast.

Under the supervision of  Assoc. Prof. Nuran Akyurt and prepared within the scope of Community Service Practices course, the book project "Touching Little Hearts",  was realized. Books consisting of children's literature and classics were collected and packaged during the 6-week campaign to be used by the students in the reading time practice included in the curriculum of Tekeli Village Primary School students operating in the Şemdinli district of Hakkari. Books prepared for the third and fourth-grade students who continue their education in Tekeli Village Primary School were sent to the Şemdinli district of Hakkari to be distributed to the children before the Ramadan Feast.
