Floor, between November 23-30, 2018, with the participation of Rector of Marmara University  Prof. Dr. Erol Özvar,  Deputy  Minister of Technology and Science Dr. Çetin Ali Dönmez  and Deputy Minister of Interior  Prof. Dr. Tayyip Sabri Erdil.
