Opening speech of the event was made by Turkish Patent and Trademark Office Information and Documentation Specialist Mustafa Tüysüz.  Sector representatives who attended the event as speakers told about the topics such as the changes the new patent law brought, state of the civil servants’ invention and the state of the inventions made in industrial projects.
