Marmara University Mechanical Engineering Club organized a table tennis tournament in  Ömer Halis Demir Sports Hall on January 2-3.

Within the event,  it was aimed to alleviate the students' intense school tempo in addition to the integration of the students in different faculties and departments.  The tournament comprised a total of 40 students from the departments of Mechanical, Chemical, Electrical Engineering, Economics, Geography, Business Administration and Journalism.

Oktay Arslan took the first place in the professional category in which four people competed, while Sercan Başar won the first place in the amateur category.
